Broadway

The oldest street in Manhattan orginally an Indian trail that was taken over by the first settlers to New York. Now running the entire length of Manhattan into the Bronx and coming to and end near Sleepy Hollow in Westchester County.

Since moving to New York in 2005 I have been taken by how often the people and neighborhoods along this great avenue change. Broadway has helped to form the city we see today from the Financial and Theater Districts to Soho, Harlem and all points in between and beyond. These images are a record of New York it's residents and visitors along Broadway. This is still a work in progress.
